40 वर्षीय महिला रोगी C/o -बाये पैर(गुल्फ संधि के नीचे से) में शोथ व शूल(pitting edema) 4 से 5 दिनों से - ज्वर का इतिहास -कोई आघात का इतिहास नही -HTN या DM या Thyroid ke विकारों का इतिहास नही कृपया रोग निश्चिति मार्गदर्शन करे

केवल एक ही पैर पर सुजन होना शायद किसी कीड़े का काटना या चमड़ा लगने का हो सकता है। दो दिन केवल जात्यादि+मरिचादि तेल की पट्टी । गन्धक रसायन का सेवन।सुजन न हटने पर आवश्यक जांच कराए।खटाई संत करें।

As t is single leg oedema check whether long term hospitalization or bed ridden state or less walking or sedentary lifestyle is the cause. Check whether it reduces by walking or exercise. Check whether she has varicose veins ? If there are above causes and oedema s self resolving after exercise or walk & if she has varicose veins at calf or lowe thigh or back portion of knees, the most probable diagnosis may be Chronic Venous Insufficiency.
