40 Y/F has Puffiness on both Eyes No Itching No Fever Report Shows Sgot 199.70 Sgpt 225.2 No Other Problem Please advise a Best line of Treatment

Deranged LFTS Raised bilirubin with increased sgot and sgpt suggest pt has jaundice Infraorbital swellings need to be workout as TFT are incomplete given report is suggestive 9f subclinical hypothyroidism I will suggest workout in detail before starting treatment

NEED'S.. ENOUGH SLEEP.. COLD COMPRESSION ON EYES.. SLEEP WITH RAISED HEAD .. AVOID DRINKING FLUIDS BEFORE BED.. QUIT SMOKING..

It can be normal ageing processor Blepharochalasis. Cold compresses and good sleep and frequent lubrication of eyes can help. Otherwise have to treat surgically like can do Blepharoplasty.
