Bilaterally both foots are involved... elivated heperkeratotic bumpy lesions, ECZEMATOUS DERMATITIS; D/D- PSORIASIS, due to silvery scaly lesions.

Ok this is a c/o ACD you should have observed the footwear marks on feet. Yes hyper keratoderma is there. Any way thanx to all of you participated. The case stands concluded as acd with hyperkeratodrma and followupwill be posted as he comes.
