40 year old female known with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and is confirmed HIV negative presented with 3 week history of progressive weakness of the lower limbs, she also complained of fever, unintentional weight loss and night sweats. What are your comments?

TB Spine with collapse of two vertebrae and producing gibbus and myelopathy. Possible cold abscess producing extra dural compression. Anterolateral decompression and fusion if patient's general condition permits.
