totally agree with Dr Krishna sir and Dr Bhargav sir....now a days it is always seen, people try all home remedies. When everything is given up, they seek medical help...on top of it they expect miracle from doctors.... very difficult to deal with such people.

is their any headache or meningial irritation symptoms present or fever?

H/O application of ayurvedic lep on blisters of ?HZO !!! Heights of patient's negligence. If the empirical treatment would have been started, the eruption stage would have been controlled.

R sided Heroes zoster involving : 1.Ophthalmic branch (Trig 1 )with Hutchinson's sign. Look for ant uveitis ! 2. Maxillary Br ( Trig 2 ) Though HZO is the most commonly seen . Rarely HZ also involves 2nd or 3rd br ,as in this case.
