Good answers dear CUROFIANS., Here see the presentation: Chronic lichenified scaly eczematic lesions mainly see on sun exposed areas with hyper pigmentation more favour to AIRBORNE CONTACT DERMATITIS (ABCD). due to contact with weed plant parthenium( she is worker and mainly remove the weed plants). In this allergens like SLs i.e lactone ringed sesquiterpene is (major allergen)responsible for this dermatitis . TREATMENT: 1) Avoid CONTACT allergens by stop going outdoors . 2) Sunscreen lotion to avoid trigger factor like UVA. 3) frequent bathing After coming indoors, wearing fresh cotton cloths. 4) applying the steroids to reduce the intensity. 5) Tab fexofenadine 280 mg for 3 weeks course. 6) If want fast results Azathioprin 50 mg twice a day in first day and 300 mg per month for 3 months gives full remission. But usage of Azathioprin is careful and monitoring the Liver and kidney functions.
