55yrs female uni lateral tonsil hypertrophy since 2months, pain less dx and rx?

A 60 y/o male came with a 2-month history of a firm, painless mass on the right side of his neck. He had no history of smoking or heavy alcohol use and denied any changes in voice or difficulty swallowing. Examination showed unilateral enlargement of the right tonsil. What is it?
