chronic sinusitis

40 years old male, complaints of fatigue, nose block, headache, dry cough etc chronic sinusitis non infectious, what's the appropriate treatment for this patient. No relief with montelukast+levocetrizine.

First steam inhalation QID,then nasal spray( fluticasone furoate + azelastine) 2 puff BD, Tab fexofenadine 120 mg 1 tab OD/HS.review after 1 month.If no improvement, CT PNS is advisable

Looks like It's "ALLERGIC RHINITIS". ??? PNS. ??? SINUSITIS. Rx. Otrivin Nasal drop. Tossex cough syp 10 ml bd with lukewarm water. Tab.Amoxy cv 375 mg bd. Tab.Cheston cold bd. Tab.Deriphyllin R-150 mg bd.

Adv NCCT head with PNS,if there is any overgrowth/mass it will need surgical intervention
