Why white patches
40 years old male suffering from increased sensitivity in bilateral cheecks ( Inside ), having sensation as if some tissue is raised inside. O/E - White discoloration patches. Differential diagnosis can be Leukoplakia. Modalities- Cannot take hot, spicy food. Attaching pics. Please suggest management.

Begin Hydrastis tincture 4 drops bd. Don't go for invasive diagnosis until symptoms are cured by homeopathy. ( itself can be a causative.)
Borax 200 weekly × 4 dose Gurgle with Kali Chloricum Q 10 drops BD with water
Leucoplakia
cal.flour 30/tds for 15 days
Merc sol may be helpful..if exact cause is known.
