40 yr female having recurrent Keloid right sole. Repeated surgical excisions (4 times) were done with skin grafting form left thigh. Hypertrophy is also present over left thigh. Injections of Triamicalone were also given but no benefit. what will be the management.

Looks like dermatitis rosaries? Repeat bay. If truly fibroproliferative condition,intralesional excision with secondary healing,(due to fear of STG donor site keloid. Early Post healed period, aggressivlt treat with intralesional kelloid,lPL on vascular mode and silicone. Still proliferate give focal radiotherapy in appropriate dose
