? Seborrheic Dermatitis

SUGGESTIVE OF.... HYPOTHYROIDISM. INDUCED..... SEBORRHEIC DERMATITIS

It's external otitis, probably due to non resolving fungal infection in the external ear or a mild form of chondrodermatitis. Can be allergy too of some sort. bathing habits , medications , other comorbid conditions should be sought for. Emperically, clindamycin + fluconazole+ antihistamines should work. A referral is indicated.

? SEBORRHEIC DERMATITIS.. D/D.. ? BILATERAL PERICHONDRITIS..
