Needs dermat assistance
40 yr old male patient, having sedentary white collar job presented with acute eruption of brownish color granular patches on wrist joints, elbow joints and forearms in the absence of any Itching, redness or inflammation. Pt having hyperpigment patches on both foot near flexor tendons and toe joints, where dark skin peeling off since 3-4 days. No itching or redness. Right hand shows acute dark patches near phalanges. Having dark knuckles since 8-10 years. On anti fungal treatment for last 7-8 days without any significant benefits. Diagnosis? Treatment?

Diminished peripheral vascular supply. Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude. Rehydrate skin by applying moisturizer or emollient lotion locally. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally. Tight pressure bandage for short period.
