Asymmetric thickening of rt optic nv sheath leading to mass formation. However optic nv proper can be visualised seperately from the mass. This is called " tram track sign" in radiology. In optic nerve glioma optic nv can not be seperated from the mass. It is a case of optic sheath meningioma.thank doctors for ur valuable opinion

BESIDES OPTIC NERVE SHEATH MENINGIOMA WE HAVE GLIOMA OPTIC NERVE WICH CAUSES AXIAL PROPTOSIS WITH EARLY VISUAL LOSS DUE TO OPTIC ATROPHY

Sir in this case .we can identify optic nv seperetely from the mass. So it is not optic nv glioma. But i agree these are 2 closest differential.
