40yrs old male with following lesion from 5 days associated with severe itching. Involved area are neck, arm and forearm, trunk and thighs.

CD with photosensitivity Antihistamine orally. Tapering dose of steroid orally. FLUCORT N+ nevia cream in 3:1 ratio locally bd. PABA cream locally during exposure to sunlight. Avoid exposure to sunlight and Irritants causes allergy. Keep the area clean and covered with sterile gauge
