42 / F c/o itching and pain in both fore arms and leg. She has similar complain before 6 months. No h/o diabetes. No h/o hypertension. She has suffered from fever and body ache 1 month ago, got treatment and become okay. Now she has develop redness and erythma at forearm and legs. Spo2 -97% Bp- 126/82 R.r. -22/min Afebrile. Drug induced Allergic. I T P Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude and line of treatment. Cold compression. Rehydrate skin by applying moisturizer or emollient lotion locally. Caladryl lotion locally. Till reports complied.
