secondary pseudo folliculitis

42 years old non diabetic male ♂️presented with reddish discoloration of skin over face after he shaves the beard and the temples. There is however no itching. After not shaving for another two days whitish plaques excoriate. What is the diagnosis and management plan. Is it taenia barbei or psoriasis or??

It looks like Herpes facials. Unlikely to be psoriasis. Pl go for igg / iga test for the virus. Pl start tab valcivir 1000mg tds for 5days
