iridocyclitis.

42 yrs/f , c/o pain in eye , headache for 3 days. Pain was severe enough to disturb pt's sleep on previous night. There is no trauma. Pt has not taken any rx . There's no sticking of lids or discharge from eye. Suggest possibilities & rx.

Kindly Compare the size of rt & lt pupil . It is clearly evident that lt pupil is smaller than rt pupil. Combined with symptoms & signs & history, this is indicative of lt eye acute iridocyclitis , & it is a case of acute iridocyclitis.

No dicharge , no stealing , Circumciliary congestion examine for IOP to rule out glaucoma Examine anterior chamber for flare , cells to rule out uveitis Treat accordingly
