How to diagnose cause of Allergy

Patient information Male, 21 Years Symptoms- Dry Cough, Sneezing, Runny nose Blood profile test were normal (HB, ESR, P.C.V. MCV, MCH, MCHC, TLC, NEUTROPHIL, LYMPHOCYTES, EOSINOPHILS, MONOCYTE RBC and Platelets) and found elevated level of IgE 380 mg/dl Total Eosinophil count 790 /cmm After that Rx 1. Theclav-LB (Amoxicillin+Potassium Clavulanate+ Lactic Acid) Bacillus 2. Storvit (Ginseng with Multivitamin+ Multimineral+ Antioxidant) 3. Easibreathe (Camphor+ Chlorothymol+ Eucalyptol+Menthol+ Terpineol) 4. Sod. Bicarbonate Gargle 5. Combinase FT (Fluticasone Furoate and Azelastine) 6. Thehist-M (Montelukast Sod.+ Fexofinadine) 7. Kodex T (Triprolidine HCl+ Codeine for one week. After that discontinue 1 & 2 and continue 3-7 with EFU-2AB-500 (Cefuroxime Axetil) for one week again. I found it maybe allergy due to dust.... Please help me to diagnose....

If you want diagnosis ,then consult to Allergy specialist, They will make file, & guide you the reasons, Symptomatically go on as, tab.-Hetrazan100mg tdsx30dys tab.-prednisolone5mg, in tapping dose, tab.;-Albendaz400-once tab.-Bilastine20mg, odx30at night, tab.-Loratidine,1odx10 AZeflo Nasal drops,at night only Rapitus cough syp 2tsf,tds,etc Avoid irritants,

Calculation of total eosinophil count needs correction. Raised Ig E can be due to autoimmune/allergic related.Investigate accordingly.
To know which allergy Go for full Allergy Testung for inhalant , food and Drug If still allergy start Hetrazan and wysolone
