FNAC cervical lymph node

45/M patient presented with left cervical lymph node swelling measuring approx 2x1 cm. No history of fever, cough or weight loss. Kindly provide your opinion on FNAC smears prepared from the swelling.

The smears show mainly salivary gland acinar cells .Sialadenosis

Sialadenosis.. No germinal centre cells

Thank you so much sir for your valuable opinion. Can it not be pleomorphic adenoma looking at d friable matrix compoment n the arrangemnt of the acinic n ductular cells.

Much Likely to be - diffuse B cell non hodgkins lymphoma..... Requires onco opinion and early initiation of chemo and radiation therapy and furthur excision of mass as per onco surgeon opinion..
