45 year old female patient reported with a gingival swelling in upper jaw anterior region It was non tender, fibrous and slow growing Provisional diagnosis - Pyogenic granuloma Excisional biopsy was done and result came as the same After 1 week review, what do you think about the healed area Is there any lesion left over ?
