45 years male no itching no burning from the beginning scaly lesions since 1 month no fever, no family history diagnosis? treatment....?

Psoriasis / LP (?)

Good answers dear CUROFIANS... It's PSORIASIS... silvery scale lesions with erythematous base on external aspects and auspitz sign positive... Apremilast 10 mg starting dose and gradually increasing dose up to 60 mg and after control the lesions...taper the dose to the 30 mg and maintaining few more days. Good moisturizers Calcipotriol and salicylic acid combination for 2 weeks and maintain by single calcipotriol. .. Tar soap Shampoo with tar and salicylic are beneficial.. Antioxidants with 369 omega fatty acids are good in this case. Good Nutrition and good hygienic habits will prevent the recurrence.

Lichen planus

All lesions are not same at places lesions seen should be r/o for tb leprosy and at rest it is guttrd psoriasis. For psoriasis lobate-s oint twice daily and tacrolimus 0.03% twice daily and tab acitrin 25mg 10d and tab methotrexate 10mg weekly for other lesions if proved on hpe for leprosy than specifically treated.

Lichen planus

PSORIASIS Reassurance and counciling required. Steroid orally and locally. PUVA therapy. Multivitamin and antioxidant. Methotrexate orally Antihistamine orally. Rehydrate skin by applying moisturizer or emollient lotion locally

Lp Psoriasis But both have itchy lesions which r absent here
