Psoriasis vulgaris. DDx--T Corporis-itching, scaling,sharp margin and at times Paulo-pustoles at the margin.KOH Scraping+be for fungus. Secondary syphillis- non itchy.symmetrical.VDRL +ve Lichen planus Rx,- psoralen+uvA. Methotrexate. Topical corticosteroid, methotrexate gel.steroid salicylic acid combination. Calciprotiol . Moisturisers. Antihistamine Scalp shampoo
