Lateral femoral condyle shows osteophytes in rt knee with reduced medial compartment articular space Lt knee has mild reduction of articular space in medial compartment Lateral view rt knee shows patelar #in inferior pole and osteophytes at superior pole. Fragment osteolith is seen supracondylar region Lt knee lateral view patelar osteophytes noted rest is normal Dx #patela rt side with severe OA Lt early OA
