67 y/o female with multiple lipomatosis presented with complaints of a lump in the left breast X 6 months. She initially though that she had developed a lipoma in the breast and ignored it. Gradually increasing in size. O/e - 3*4 cm firm lump involving the left breast from 11-1 o clock, close to the NAC. Mammogram - birads 4 (images attached). Tru-cut biopsy - atypical papillary lesion. No definitive e/o malignancy. Did a lumpectomy today. HPE reports awaited. Share your views regarding the case.
