45yrs female with the lesions as added in the picture as added.. Complaints since 4 months.. Itching along with scales and sometimes accompanied by watery discharge too.. Progressive since it appeared.. No any co morbidity... The lesion on dostum of fingers are at knuckles and IP joints and are tough with keratinized along with itching and the one on legs are with white scales which gets removed on itching along with blood and serous discharge... Dd Psoriasis Wet eczema.. Kindly comment on diagnosis and management... Thank you..

Psoriasis. Blood sugar, ESR,CRP CBC. Salicylic acid and Clobetasol mixed oint to apply locally 8hrly, Tab.levocetrizine 5mg od(hs),Antiinflamatory sos,Antibiotic for secondary bacterial infection.

Psoriasis. Tab Psolixir,,Psoralen ointment. Tab Medrol 8mg b.d.. Tab Iatraconazole.,topical clocip -B ointment..

Seems as PSORIATIC LESION... First rule out diabetes...if non Diabatic then treat with suitable steroids... orally and topically Anti fungal orally and topically Antihistamine Antioxidants Moisturizer Inj histaglobulin sc weekly if required
