LEFT SIDE CHEST PAIN DEU TO DISLIPIDIMIA

45ys/m chest pain in left side since 5years. BP 140/90 mm/hg. Burning sensation for some time. Diet normal. Stool normal urine normal. Please suggest. Tag blood report.

We need to take ecg for this case and work on that as h/o pain chest and burning sensation are likely due to heart problems like ischimia Reports are suggestive of dislipidimia and mild deranged KFTS

Dyslipedemia ? ECG,CTMT ? Non cardiac chest pain Cervical spondylosis ,GERD to be excluded . Xray chest to rule out pulmonary/ skeletal abnormalities .

Patient having hyperlipidemia. For pain in left side you have to go for ECG & this pain may occurred due to APD or may be of muscular spasm
