46 Y Male H/o Psoriasis He on Ointment Clonext Medication C/o Burning Sole Please Suggest Management?
Advise-1-blood sugar fasting and pp (2hr) 2-Thyroid profile T3 T4 and serum tsh. 3-serum vit b12 vitamins D3 and vitamin bcomplex deficiency.Rx-1-monitor blood sugar if diabetic. 2-inj optineurone 1amp I'm od ×10days. 3-antithyroid drugs if thyroid profile is deranged. 4-Tab sertalin 25mg 1hs. 5-continue antipsoriatic drugs regularly.
