Thick walled cavitory lesion in rt apex Trachea is spiral and shifted to rt side Rt parahilar opacity and collapse of corresponding lung parenchyma Fibrotic scarring rt upper zone Calcified aortic knuckle Likely old c/o pulmonary tuberculosis with sequele 2 r/o malignancy

Rt apical fibrobronchiectatic lesion with tracheal pull towards right. Mediastinal widening noted. Adv HRCT thorax.

Trachea shifted to right unfolding of sorts cardiomegaly
