Multiple flat topped wary lesions on foot areas more favour to VERRUCA PLANUS or Sebhorrhic keratosis. Treatment: RF ablation and microdermabrasion will give 100 % results. And prevent scars by using ALIUM SEPA, ALOEVERA and Vit E cream. Cap Vitamin E daily for 3 weeks.
