This is nothing but a case of teething. While teething can begin as early as 3 months, most likely the first tooth start pushing through baby's gum line when the little one is between 4 and 7 months old and often causes tender gums along with discomfort. Rx-1).Rub baby's gums using a clean finger or wet gauze. The pressure can ease baby's discomfort. 2).Keep it cool. A cold spoon or chilled — not frozen — teething ring can be soothing on a baby's gums. To avoid cavities, don't dip these items in sugary substances. 3).Try an over-the-counter remedy. If baby is especially cranky, consider giving her infants' or children's over-the-counter pain medications such as acetaminophen (Tylenol, others) or ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, others). Thank you @Dr. Nitesh Prasad Sir for the tag. ☺️☺️

Thrush is a type of yeast infection that typically appears aswhite or yellow, irregularly shaped patches or sores that coat baby's gums. Might be a possibility as it is seen posteriorly... in the region of molar...Molar is the last tooth to erupt... no associated with teething. Second possibility... Eruption cyst...which is self limiting... Proper oral maintenance is reqd. & Keep on observation.
