Peripheral vascular disease

47 yr male,bidi smoker,came with severe pain in right leg for 4days.h/o intermittent claudication and ulcer,gangrenous toe are present .no comorbidities. Doppler-stenosis upto ATA,PTA and peroneal arteries,planned for CT angiogram.planning for “right below knee amputation” only Other medication stiloz,ecosprin,clopidogrel continued.

Ballooning and stenting should be trued. No amputation try to preserve

As burgers disease involves small and medium vessles and pt is in critical limb ischaemia,stenting,balloning,bypass not helpful
