47 yrs old female patient with not k/c/o DM and HTN having itching and peeling of skin over upper eyelids. Skin over upper eyelids became bluish. Please comment on diagnosis and treatment.
iCD with photosensitivity Levocet 5mg bd. Tapering dose of steroid orally. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply calamine lotion than lobate-S+ neosporin eye oint locally. Apply PABA cream during exposure to sunlight. Protect area against direct sunlight and bad weather conditions. Keep area clean and covered with sterile gauge.
