34/m Diabetic well controlled on medications has this discolouration on his ring finger where he worn a gold ring for last 3  years, not itch or pain. What is the dx and Rx?

22 carat gold contains other alloys like silver ,nickel , zinc . Discoloration is probably due to nickel allergy .
