3 morbidities ,all separate . Disc prolapse, hypertension, and varicose veins. All are NOT interconnected ,and all need to be treated after investigations.

It is varicose veins and nothing to do with Disc prolapse at L3L4 Likely a c/o DVT at greater saphenous or femoral end Adv colour doppler Plan the treatment as per colour doppler If you suspect it is prolapsed disc causing external compression at iliac than go for MRI LS region look for compression of vessels if it is positive adv decompression for permanant relief
