49 years male with no DM. A/h/o RTA with trauma to right side of face, right upper eyelid clw 2x2cm, open bite deformity of teeth. No brain injury per se and otherwise patient stable. No loose teeth. Management options for the dental malocclusion.

Multiple #s facial bones which will heal naturally Except #mandible which needs wiring on rt side Yes upper molar on rt side is pushed up and blood mixed collection in rt maxilla will resolve by resorption but molar may require refixation

A 32yrs old female brought to emergency Comatosed with Alleged H/o sustained RTA leading to head injury after her bike skid and hit the barrier,Initially treated at some other hospital now shifted to our hospital. Physical examination at the time of admission were Deeply unconscious on ventilator support.
