Enteric fever with ? Denque Cefixime 200+ ofloxacine 200mg bd. Pcm 500mg bd Multivitamins and antioxidants orally. Good nutritious balanced liquid diet. Increased fluid intake and constant monitoring of platelets count and needs regular investigations.

Viral fever Tab dolo 650 sos Tab arti plus CD x 3 day Tab pan D 1bd before meal x 3days Repeat CBC If no vomiting manage orally_ intake Plenty of more water ( ORS l, juicses, coconut water, papaya juice etc) If shorting of brearhing severe then x ray chest, LFT, RFT, usg abdomen, repeat dengue IgG IgM and manage pt as per report (OPD /IPD)
Widal test to be repeated after one week.if rising titres seen then suggestive of infection.rill then should give symptomatic treatment.. apart from this should ask for any relevant history for scrub typhus as now a days fever with thrombocytopenia are seen positive for typhus. First should confirm thrombocytopenia

Widal positive. Treat as Enteric fever.
Widal positive requires correlation with Typhoid fever... Needs parenteral drugs.. IV fluid Ceftriaxone, Multivitamin and antacids... Others symptomatic .. Close observation on platelet count... Check LFT once....!
Widal pos.Clinicopatho correlation & blood culture is required X-ray chest, Rept CBC,LFT,PT with INR
Inj Cefrrixone 1 gm IV bd,PCM sos,PPI,Pre & Probiotics

13 years old female came with c/o fever for 5-6 days..no other complaint...systemic examination normal...haemodynamic stable...cbc,crp,esr, attached.. send patient on oral treatment as they refused for admission...after 4 days they came back with persiatent fever, only in evening and abdominal pain RHC region since 1 day.. repeat blood reports attached...blood culture was not available due to covid19 crisis in periphery.... Diagnosis?? Kindly check investigations date... Usg abdomen attached....
