Suspicious injury knee ACL is not visualised likely ruptured Free fragment in lateral view is seen likely butterfly FRACTURE but unable to locate likely tibial tuberosity Patelar osteophytes and dislocation seen in lateral view Adv mri for correct study

Grade 3 osteoarthritic changes seen. Can try with physiotherapy. consult to ayurvedic practioner as it has good outcomes. No results in 15 days then surgery needed.
