Diagnosis plz?

4 year old female child presents with vesicular lesion over the dorsum of the foot , no history of fever , no tenderness , no local rise of temperature , no rash previous history 1 month back in the other foot similar lesion . patient has allergic history - patient has been using homeopathy no similar lesions in the family. no other illness plz diagnosis ?
