Keeping the fracture site and fracture type, surgical correction is the better option. Anatomical alignment and functions can be restored to optimum level after surgical intervention. * Experts opinion please.

In that case, plan closed reduction under c arm guidance If unstable plan percutaneous k wires or plating There is severe intraarticular comminution Young patient, need restoration of articular surface
Interarticular #lower end radius Best option is surgical correction and fixation as fine actions at wrist will be preserved and will be good response to physiotherapy

The patient is a lady so open surgical approximation and then pop for 3 to 4 weeks plus antibiotics and analgesics
