This is with contrast. Needs plain film as well. Extraaxial homogeneously enhancing Rt CP angle lesion compressing 4th ventricle ,and rt side of pons with hydrocephalus. Acoustic neuroma/ Schwannoma. Always post the plain film also

It looks like a vestibular swannoma. 6th cut shows a dumbell shaped lesion involving and widening IAM. 7 th and 8 th cut shows the lateral struds of lesion comming from IAM. There is compression of 4th ventricle and features of raised ICT.

Big bleed into R cerebellar hemisphere with extension into subarachnoid space.
Lesion in rt side pons and 4th ventricle is likely SOL

Right side vestibular schwannoma with brain stem rotation , needs surgery asap
