Large solid and cystic mass with in the body of lateral ventricle in the region of foramen of Monro with heterogeneous contrast enhancement results in obstructive hydrocephalus . Central intraventticular Neurocytoma. DD : Ependymoma Subependymal giant cell astrocytoma ( seen in it's with tuberous sclerosis). Choroid plexus papilloma Oligodendroglioma
