SINCE... IT. IS. SINCE. BIRTH..( FROM. FIRST. WEEK. OF. LIFE. INFANCY..). SO...POSSIBLY.. SUGGESTIVE. OF.. ..DARIER'S SIGN... URTICARIA PIGMENTOSA... SECONDARY. TO... CUTANEOUS MASTOCYTOSIS..
??? Pediatric mastocytosis
Dermatitis Could be atopic or ICD Atarax and emollients
? ACD..CD .. ? URTICARIA PIGMENTOSA..
Allergic contact dermatitis Rx Antihistamine Topical corticosteroid Emollient cream
Allergic contact dermatitis.. Oral histaminics.
These lesions are no doubt from allergic reaction..may be the baby is allergic to dairy products...Please check that.
Prescribe Antiallergen first Please take complete history Fever ? Any Lymphadenopathy It can be simple allergic dermatitis Or some infectious cause
