Give some clinical details. Is this how we approach abdominal distension ??? Is it fluid, air, organomegaly ???

A 9 months old baby girl no problems/ complaints. But appears muscular. People jokingly call her miniature ' bodybuilder' . Father & mother are related. Elder brother of father & Elder sister of mother are also married & they have similar child which also used to appear muscular from infancy & he in childhood is having diabetes. He is of 16 yrs now & is detected to have cirrhosis of liver.
