50/F C/0 Chest pain left side on & off x 4months. No h/o fever, cough, dyspnea, hemoptysis.

Pneumonia. Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude diagnosis and line of treatment. BS antibiotics IV BDslowly. Maintain nutrion hydration and hygiene. PCM+IBUtDS.Multivitamin and antioxidants orally. Inj. Deriphylin 2ml BD IV.

As Pt is afebrile without h/o cough, dyspnoea, haemoptysis pneumonia is very unlikely. Better to do an ECG To exclude any cardiological cause, otherwise treat like a case of costochondritis like chest physiotherapy , nsaid etc.
