50 YEAR LADY WITH SPOT ON LIMBS

50 YR LADY HAVE THIS SPOTS ON HANDS SINCE 1 YEAR NO ITCHING PRESENT GRADUALLY INCREASING IN SIZE AND NUMBER BUT {CAUSE OF CONFUSION} THE SKIN IN THESE SPOT IS LOOKING ATROPID IN NATURE THIS LADY IS SUFFERING FROM TINEA CRURIS AND CORPORIS AT PRESENT SO PLZ OPINE THAT THESE LESION APPEARING IN IMAGES ARE FUNGUL IN NATURE OR ANYTHING ELSE

Psoriasis DD lichen PLANUS

I agree with Dr Partha Sarathi Sahana. Clinical Impression: Disseminated Superficial Actinic Porokeratosis (DSAP) Skin biopsy at will give definite diagnosis. Protecting arms from sun light by wearing thick full cloths at day time and by using physical sun screen at face is worth. Further management comes after confirming the diagnosis

When No itching at prezent....difficulg to label Tinea infection. And if she is well diognised with TINEA CRURIS AND TINEA CORPORIS ???, no room to interfear in the case..

Lady has tenia cruri as mentioned in history Apparently lesions seen on limbs are D/d psoriasis vulgaris Tenia corporis

These lesion are Hypertrophied lichen planus. With Antifungal, topical lobate S cream for this
