Tinea with dermatitis
50 year old female Non diabetic, no allergy history, no history of use of ornaments K/c/o IBS, OCD for 20 years Skin lesions around neck and back, first lesion appear at back then neck 2weeks ago, since then lesions increasing in size with duration. Intense iching during night while perspiration occur, at the same time iching occur in nose at night, with mild redness. History of applying terbinafine cream for 2 weeks, but no improvement Past history of same lesion with same sysmptoms involving breast skin 25 years back just after pregnancy then same lesions appear in groin and anterior abdominal wall skin 20 yrs and 10 years with same symptoms specially during stress. Kindly suggest the diagnosis and appropriate treatment?

Contact dermatitis with secondary tinea .Advised for tab terbenafine 250 mg od for 14 days , tab atarx 10 mg od 7days , tab defcort 6 mg od 7 dayaointment seratocanozle plus mometasone twice daily for 7 days.

50 years male complaining itching and burning lesions on both hands since 10 days. Past history of same illness since 2 years . On and off getting this problem . He is doing catering supervisor in Railways. But he didn't touch anything . What is the cause of th problem . My impression is it is classical CONTACT DERMATITIS . Right choice of treatment ?
