Lesions over neck look like tenia. Over legs, lesions look like chronic ones. Contact dermatitis, untreated and continued use of rough clothes must have caused it to prolong and cause pigmentation. Treat with clobteam cream local application for 2 weeks Tab. Griseofulvin 500 mg od for 3 weeks Tab. Prednisone 10 mg bd for 3 days and later tapering it.
