50 yr pt come with chronic wound since from 2yr no diabetes no HTN , lesion size and itching incresing day by day so please daigons and guide me to treat this pt comment treatment and managment

Do regular dressing with Normal saline and alovera gel or megaheal. Change wound dressing depending on wound soakage. keep the wound covered to prevent repeated trauma and contamination.
