As she was having backache 2 weeks back after lifting heavy weight and now c/ O pain at posterior aspect of thigh with a soft lump felt at the site of pain .it could 1.LBA with lower limb radiculopathy 2.A palpable haematoma at the site of Pain 3.Sprain . Most likely it is a muscular sprain with a haematoma at the site of pain at posterior thigh . Tab Aceclofenac × chlorzoxanone B.D for 10 days Tab chymoral forte × 6 hourly for 10 days
