Age-52 years female Complaint of forgetfulness since 4 years Menopause- 48 years She forgets small things. She is well educated Now sometimes she forgets her way to her home This is gradually advancing to small basic things No Diabetes, Hypertension or Thyroid problems. All report normal Patient now afraid to go to a doctor.
